If you are tired or in poor health your performance will drop sharply.
This can be due to all sorts of reasons and can be a source of poor standards in others, as well as yourself, that you will need to look out for.

There may be many reasons for this.

  • The obvious one is lack of sleep which is easy to resolve unless induced by other problems.
  • Personal issues can have a dramatic affect on stress and hence sleep and health problems.
  • General overwork due to poor time management can lead to excessive tiredness.
  • New babies have a habit of affecting sleep patterns adversely.
  • A general lack of interest and motivation in a task may be symptomatic of a lack of energy.

In all of these cases you should try to resolve the issue by discussion to find the underlying cause.
