By this we mean doing more than one task with out great focus on time management efficiency. We often hear the phrase of ‘multi-tasking’ which suggests the efficient use of time to tackle a variety of tasks in parallel.

If you try to take on too many tasks at the same time it could be a recipe for under performance and extra stress.

All tasks end up being carried out to a reduced standard and all suffer.
If you are in this position try to rank your tasks better or delegate more efficiently.
