Following on from the complex branching seen previously [see complex branching part 2], the above diagram gives an example of a slightly more complex model in terms of branching. Here, as previously, we have 2 potential pathways with probabilities of 70% and 30% but the lower one now also branches into Task D and Task E.

The upper path is a simple finish to start relationship for Task B.

The second pathway contains another simple activity network but one in which there is a second branch (further decision point perhaps).
